We are not in the business of supplying timber which isn’t fit for the purpose intended. Nor should any of our customers get something which they are not able to use, for the money they have paid.
If you are not happy with any of the material we have supplied please let us know as soon as you can, before it has been used, and we will do our best to replace that item. If however, you would prefer to be reimbursed, this can also be arranged.
Please click here to read our returns policy, complete the form via the link given here and e-mail back to us with any digital photos you might be able to take showing the defective material and we will process your application for return. We aim to get back to you within three working days to confirm options.
