We are often approached for professional advice and information about structural timber, in addition to stacking, storing and air-drying wood.
Where we can, we are happy to give advice over the phone where possible but sometimes a site visit or face to face meeting is required in order to view the material in question and help give further, bespoke / specialist information. In such instances, we charge what we believe to be a fair and reasonable fee for our time, expertise and any travel involved.
